I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement.

From the UK, I spent the last 10 years living in Thailand, Australia and Bali. Now I live in Munich, surrounded by lakes, mountains and rivers.

I love showing people the beauty of the water, both on the

waves and under them. 

 

My love of water and its movements is the foundation

of my yoga practice. We learn to be soft yet strong, playful

as well as calm, and feel the connection.

Like rivers, we all flow to the same sea.

 

I love sharing the joy practicing yoga brings, enabling all to

flow down their own path to happiness.

 

I believe in inclusivity and connectivity, on the mat and off.

Studio Classes

All classes are taught with clear instruction, positive affirmations, intelligent sequencing and love

 

My mission is to help you get that “yoga high”

We'll flow to a peak pose that corresponds to the theme of the class - such as gratitude, integrity, freedom

Classes are either by level (1 is sporty beginner, 2 is intermediate, 3 advanced) or open (there will be some fun poses in this class!) Yin class is where we restore the balance and let go. Expect long holds to release fascia and meridians
