Jodie is your lead teacher and founder of the PACE principles. She has been immersed in the philosophical and spiritual side of yoga since she was 14, and studied Philosophy and Ethics in the UK. She has taught breath and body connection for 15 years and teaches multiple studio, private and corporate classes a week, both online and offline. Jodie learned advanced alignment and sequencing from some of the world's most renowned teachers such as Simon Park, Patrick Beach and Christopher Gladwell. She will lead you through asana lab, sequencing, business of yoga and philosophy. Jodie is an E-RYT500 teacher, with 1000s of hours of teaching experience under her belt and with a warm, inviting energy, helps you uncover your truest self
Voice Coaching and Pranayama
Caroline is a yoga teacher trainer and mentor with over 2 decades of teaching experience. She is also a registered Voice Movement Therapy Practitioner and holds an MFA in Professional Voice Studies.
Her post-grad research explored the subtle practices of yoga and breath-work as resources for the vocal performer.
She offers coaching, therapy and teaching in performance arts, business, healthcare and yoga settings. She is inspired by the beauty and the
mysteries of the natural world - and our place in it.
Susan Michel is a Yoga Teacher, Advanced Rolfer and Naturopath with over 15 years of teaching experience. She regularly teaches Anatomy and Yoga Therapy teacher training modules and workshops, and integrates the theoretical foundations of her training with her personal practical knowledge in a humorous, clear and creative way.
